Veils and Cocktails: A Wedding Soiree

Last month Lisa from CJC Events reached out to me and asked me if I wanted to take part in this awesome event Veils and Cocktails at the Boylston Rooms, I was super excited to get the invite.  I wanted to create a table that was a mix of modern and vintage with the gold sequins and old cameras!  Any one who has ever been to my studio probably notices the canvases that are usually displayed there!  The event was so much fun with a brick oven pizza truck, and boozy popsicles (GENIUS!), giveaways, and bridal gowns.  I had such a great time catching up with old friends and meeting couples and hearing about their wedding planning!

Anyways, I just wanted to tell yall a little bit about me and my business.  Next year will be my tenth year in business….YESSS!!  And anyone that knows me knows that I pour my heart and soul into it and into my couples.  I want you to feel comfortable enough to text me and ask me wedding questions or grab a coffee with me and chat about wedding timelines.  I want to be able to help my couple’s beyond their weddings!  I want to create wedding images that will stand the test of time, priceless heirlooms that tell the beginning of your love story.  In ten years, your wedding cake will be eaten, your dress will be put away; but your images will still be there…and I want you to be able to look at them and feel those emotions all over again.  My favorite images are the ones were couples just naturally interact with one another, where they are candid and intimate.

When I am not story telling behind the lens, I am probably drinking coffee….seriously!  It is my life blood!  I also loooove to hike, travel, camp, kayak, read, and rock climb.  I love life, I love to laugh.  I love my babies, my man, and our crazy flock of animals (chickens, bunny, dog, cat, fish); and our home in the woods!

So if you are looking for a wedding photographer (or just some one to drink coffee with) email me at
